I have gone through a difficult time during my life so far I see I have had some high levels of stress to deal with I am ready to take these next steps in my life to better oneself. I am aware that I have made many mistakes in my life however I can’t change the past but I can improve on myself not to make these types of mistakes in the present and I look forward to the future of being a better person.
The Doctors, Nurses and staff have helped me realise and put me in a good way of thinking to feel better within myself. Also I have realise how my actions can effect others and I am feeling remorseful towards this type of behaviour that I have portrayed in the past.
I am sorry for the things I have done and for making people feel the way they do when I have upset them.
Suggested improvements
I believe that maybe a radio in the rooms set at a specific volume in order not to disturb other patients.
I have difficulty with my back and my pain medication is not available for me that I need so I could need some stronger pain management and physiotherapy.
I would appreciate it if I could have an informal status also so I can gain the trust of others that I can be reliable and counted on to show I am a good person.
